Many of you want to hide your personal files or folders from others but for that you need software for hiding. So, friends for that there is a trick to hide your personal files or folders without any software except one that is "Command Prompt" which is already there in your system/windows.
And also the best thing is once you hidden your files or with this method, the files or folders are invisible by any search options even if you click "Show All Hidden Files and Folders". This method is the easy way to keep your files and folders invisible from other and so that others can't view or modify your personal important files and folders in your system.
Suppose you have a folder named "myphotos" and this folder stored in "Disk Drive E". So now if you want to hide this folder following steps are there which you have to perform in order to hide from others :-
1. Press "windowskey+R" : By press "windowskey" and "R" Run command dialog box appears.
2. Now type "cmd" and hit Enter : By this a command prompt window displays.
3. Then type "attrib +s +h E:\myphotos" and hit Enter : By this your folder named "myphotos" will be invisible from others.
Easy?? Yes it is, and even easy to make it visible by typing same command but replace '+' with '-' on both flag 's' and 'h'. You are done and now you can easily make folders and files invisible.
